All adults (18 years of age and older) who will be residents need to apply and sign the lease if approved.

* Pay rent on time
* Be good neighbors​
* Keep the property clean and decent

Our standards for qualifying to rent a home are simple and fair.  They are:

* All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin,
sex, disability or familial status.
* Good references, housekeeping, and property maintenance from your previous Landlords.
* Your documented gross monthly income must equal 3 times or more the monthly rent
* Be employed and be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
* Each adult occupant must submit a complete application.
* Limit the number of occupants, to 2 per bedroom.
* A favorable credit history (over 600 preferred).
* No smoking.
